Ribbon printing problem handling

1. Ribbon wrinkles

 possible reason:

 A. The ribbon is not wrapped correctly on the machine.

 B. The pressure and balance settings of the print head are incorrect.

 C. The temperature setting is incorrect. 

 D. The paper feed amount is not set correctly.

 Solution:

 A. Re-install the media correctly.

 B. Adjust the printing temperature to meet the printing needs as much as possible.

 C. Reset the minimum pressure required for printing.

 D. Reset the correct amount of paper to be fed.

2. During the printing process, the printed barcode image is not clear

 possible reason:

 A. Inferior quality ribbons are used or expired, please choose a better ribbon.

 B. The use of inferior label paper greatly reduces the transfer ability of the ribbon. Please replace with a better label paper for testing.

 C. The temperature setting is low and the ribbon cannot be transferred completely. Please raise the temperature to reset. 

 D. The print head is dirty or the installation position is incorrect, please use alcohol and cotton swab to clean or adjust the position of the print head properly, especially pay attention to the same height
